A master bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a bathroom, and a covered balcony with a comfortable place to sit. 57 m² on the 10th floor, with floor-to-ceiling windows and air conditioning throughout, and a Scandinavian-inspired interior featuring natural wood tones, cozy textiles and warm mood lighting in every room. Plants and greenery through the apartment.
Sleeping arrangements
Bedroom — one double bed, room-darkening shades, cotton ZaraHome linens, and a full wardrobe holding extra towels and a complete set of sofa-bed linens.
Living room — the large sofa converts to a full-size bed. Four guests maximum. Best for a couple or a small family.
Arrival
Self check-in with a keypad: one code for the building entrance, a second for the apartment door. Check-in from 15:00, checkout by 11:00.
Free underground parking is entered from the back of the building; afterwards you can reach the garage directly from the basement with the key set provided by the host.
A secure building — smart access control on the street entrance, the lifts and the garage, key-fob entry, and cameras in the common areas.

Kristiine district, close to the centre of Tallinn. Quiet residential streets, with the city a short bus ride away.
Getting around
The Hipodroom bus stop is directly outside. Buses 42 and 22 reach Old Town in under ten minutes; tap a contactless card or your phone to ride. Free underground parking is included if you arrive by car.
The neighbourhood
Telliskivi creative quarter is nearby, with cafes, restaurants and design shops. The apartment sits between the Kristiine Keskus and Rocca al Mare shopping centres. Löwenruh Park, with its duck ponds, is a fifteen-minute walk.
Close by
The 24-7fitness gym is directly across the street. The Marienthali Selver supermarket is a ten-minute walk, or two minutes by car. Stroomi Beach and its promenade are a twenty-minute walk or five minutes by taxi — a paved waterside path, good for a run or a Baltic sunset.
